We offer FREE courier shipping of all orders over $100 and $9.95 flat rate shipping on all other orders Australia wide. All order will be sent via courier, so we need you street address.
QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT approx. 2-4 business days
SA, TAS,WA,NT approx. 5-7 business days
Need it in a hurry? Choose our Express post option for $15.00. Available only up to 5kgs, sorry not available for gift boxes.
Please note that Noosa Handmade cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in case of adverse weather conditions.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders may be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 14 days. If you wish to return your product please contact us for details on where to send it. The product must be returned with the order confirmation, packaging and in un-used condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. Please note that is the product was faulty or damaged when received it is necessary to provide photographic evidence in order to receive a
full refund.
