Diffuser oil can damage some surfaces if spilt, we suggest you always protect your surfaces with a coaster or pretty ceramic plate.
Keep your reeds away from drafts - don't keep them in front of an open window.

COMMON REED DIFFUSER QUESTIONS

HOW DO I OPEN MY DIFFUSER?
It is very easy to open the diffusers – simply unscrew the wooden cap and remove the plastic stopper from the bottle. Replace the wooden cap and place the reeds into the bottle. After one hour invert the reeds, be careful with dripping oil. Reed diffuser oil may damage some surfaces if spilt, we suggest you use a coaster, or pretty ceramic plate under your reed diffuser to protect your surfaces.

MY DIFFUSER IS DARKENED IN COLOUR IS IT OK TO USE?
Discolouration of the diffuser fragrance oil is possible after it has been opened as the perfume interacts with oxygen. This does not mean your product is faulty, it is simply due to the composition of the fragrance. Make sure to store your diffuser away from direct sunlight.

WHEN DO I INVERT THE REEDS?
Maximise your scent by inverting the reeds every 2 weeks, this will produce a new scent throw. In small spaces, like bathrooms, use less reed sticks if the fragrance is overwhelming. In larger rooms use all the reeds
